Ingredientes:
1 taza aloe vera
1 taza zumo de limón
1 taza de miel o melaza
1 taza de licor

Mezclamos todos los ingredientes, trituramos muy bien el aloe.
Dejamos reposar en el frigorífico 24h y después lo tomaremos en ayunas todos los días, medio vasito.
Si no puedes tomar alcochol sustituye por más limón!!
siempre siempre se guarda en el frigorífico, nevera, heladera, etc,..

Ingredients:
1 cup aloe vera
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup honey or molasses
1 cup of liquor

Mix all the ingredients, crush the aloe very well.
Let stand in the fridge 24 hours and then we will take it on an empty stomach every day, half a glass
If you can't drink alcochol substitute for more lemon !!
