East Rand taxi boss Themba Ndlozi may be still out on bail.
But charges of premeditated murder and defeating the ends of justice have been reinstated against him. Earlier this week the prosecutors admitted having botched the case. Ndlozi appeared briefly at the Springs Magistrate's Court this morning. He's accused of killing a couple in KwaThema in April.
