लेकिन Ritesh ने हार नहीं मानी। उन्होंने ठान लिया कि पिता के सपने को पूरा करना और UPSC क्लियर करना ही उनका मक़सद होगा। उन्होंने अपनी बहन और भाई के साथ मिलकर इस चुनौती को अवसर में बदल दिया। कठिनाइयों के बावजूद उन्होंने लगातार मेहनत की, दिन-रात पढ़ाई में समय लगाया, और अपने परिवार का हौसला बढ़ाया। पांच साल की अथक मेहनत और पांच प्रयासों के बाद, उन्होंने न सिर्फ़ UPSC क्लियर किया, बल्कि आज Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) और Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) के पद पर अपनी सेवा दे रहे हैं।
