Today, I will share with you all the categories of sub-sectors E-12/2 and E-12/3 of CDA Sector E-12, including developed areas and undeveloped areas, and the complete details of prices in these areas in May 2025. There are a total of 8 categories in Sector E-12/2 according to plot sizes. About 80% of the area of Sector E-12/2 is developed, while 18% of the area, which is undeveloped, is land cleared, while only 1 or 2% is populated. In E-12/2, 3 large parks, a playground area to be built on a vast land, primary and secondary schools, and a large shopping center will also be built.
• This 25x40 i.e. approximately 4 marla plot category area that you are looking at is under development, whereas the area that is bling is not under development yet and the prices in the 25x40 areas where there is development are between Rs 1.20 crore and Rs 1.50 crore according to the location, while where there is no development i.e. non-cutting areas, the prices are between Rs 1 crore and Rs 1.20 crore.

• This 30x60 i.e., approximately 8 marla plot category area that you are looking at is under development, whereas the area that is being bling is not under development yet, and the prices of the 30x60 areas where there is development range from Rs. 2.25 crore to Rs. 2.50 crore depending on the location.
• This 35x70 i.e. approximately 10 marla plot category area that you are looking at is under development, whereas the area that is bling is not under development yet and the prices in the 35x70 areas where there is development are between Rs 30 million and Rs 340 million according to the location, while where there is no development i.e. non-cutting areas, the prices are between Rs 250 million and Rs 275 million.
• This 40x80, i.e., approximately 14 marla plot category area that you are looking at is under development, whereas the area that is being bling is not under development yet, and the prices of the 40x80 areas where there is development range from Rs 3.75 crore to Rs 4.50 crore, depending on the location.
