In this video, I’m sharing my experience about owning a parking lot in my SMDC condo. While my condo unit has already been turned over and all payment requirements for the parking slot were completed, there was an unexpected delay in the parking turnover.
It was just by chance during a chat with my contractor that I discovered there’s actually a way to request for a temporary parking slot while waiting for the official turnover — and I knew I had to share this helpful tip with you!
