If you are feeling drained or experiencing emotional exhaustion, this visual meditation is a gentle energy reset for your nervous system. Through the silent process of neurographic art, we create a 'Square of Safety' to help you release mental fatigue and find inner peace without needing to sleep.
About This Practice:
This drawing session is designed for days when you feel worn down and need a quiet space to land. Unlike traditional sleep content, this is an active rest practice—a way to soothe your eyes and quiet an overthinking mind while staying present.
The "Square of Safety" Process:
We begin by establishing a container for your emotions, then gently soften the sharp edges of stress using the rounding technique. Finally, we invite restorative energy through specific colors:
