Sergey Lavrov has ended his Africa tour after visiting Ethiopia. In his meeting in Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa, with members of the international diplomatic community, Moscow has vowed not to bow to what its foreign minister called the 'imposition' by the United States and its allies.
