It was great to catch up with the North East Agrico team as they were planting broccoli seedlings at "Vron", Bishopsbourne this afternoon (22nd January 2026). Two Checchi & Magli 5 row transplanters, running behind 2 x John Deere 6120M tractors are doing the planting. This was previously a green (vining) pea crop, so the farmer is getting two crops from the one paddock, in one season.
