【The Black Bottle vol.10】完全即興のカクテル バーテンダー石垣忍 JPN bartender improvised cocktail

ブラックボトル、第10作目。

今回はこれまでと少し趣向を変えて、ビールを持参。
どのビールにするかしばらく悩んで、選んだのは黒ビール。
コンビニでも見かける大衆的な存在だけど、
カクテルの世界では扱いがむずかしそうなものを、あえて。

組み合わせる材料に登場したのは、驚くほど瑞々しいトマト。
オレンジジュースとともに丁寧にシェイクされ、
最後に注がれたビールが、グラスの縁にふわりと雲のような泡を生んだ。

トマトの果肉の粒が、舌のうえでそっとほどけていく。
やさしくもあり、野性味もあり、
どこか秘密めいた、まるで夏の夕方の味。

ブラックボトルはお陰様で10回目を迎えることができました。
ひとつの節目ではあるけれど、特別なことは何もせず、
ただ静かに、淡々と続けていきます。
皆さまの生活に、ちょっとした驚きと楽しみと、
そしてカクテルって面白いなと思ってくれたら嬉しいです。

For this tenth edition, I brought something a little different: beer.　I spent some time deciding which to choose, and in the end, I went with a dark beer.　It's a familiar face in Japan—easily found at convenience stores— but in the world of cocktails, it’s a more elusive, difficult ingredient. And that’s exactly why I chose it.

What appeared alongside it was a surprise: an incredibly juicy, fresh Japanese tomato. Shaken gently with orange juice, then crowned with a pour of dark beer that gave rise to a cloud-like foam at the rim of the glass.

The tender pulp of the tomato melts quietly on the tongue—soft, yet wild, and tinged with something secretive. Like the taste of a summer evening.

Thanks to you, **Black Bottle has now reached its 10th chapter.
A small milestone, perhaps—but I won’t be doing anything special to mark it.
Just quietly, steadily, moving forward. If this little bottle can bring a flicker of surprise, a moment of joy, and make you feel that cocktails are something delightful—then that alone makes me happy.
