Dear diary, It's been many months since I last visited my dear friend Ehsan bhai in his village, Garhi Afghanan. It was amazing to see how much his farm has flourished! His lawn and vegetable patch are a vibrant green, and the corn has grown so well that we can actually eat his free-range, organic harvest. Later, I visited a large field where someone is growing beautiful flowers to sell at the market. To round out the day, we paid a visit to a local dairy farm. Allahumabarik.
