Traditional Christmas Food in Norway: Cooking and Tasting

In Norway, there are certain traditions and dishes, without which it is simply impossible to get into the spirit of real Christmas. The culinary traditions associated with Christmas vary from region to region.

While filming this video, we arranged a marathon of traditional Norwegian dishes and prepared food that was completely unconventional for us :) For example: salted and dried lamb ribs and fish soaked in alkali. It was fascinating, sometimes creepy, but definitely unforgettable!
