How to fix Evoplus B100/450.100M circuit board Repair electronic components

In this video, I’ll show you step-by-step how I repair the control board of an Evoplus B100/450.100M pump. The display was showing a fan error; someone had already replaced the fan with a new one, but the error still didn’t disappear. I carefully opened the unit and, of course, started with a visual inspection to check for any faulty components.

Near the fan connector, I noticed the circuit board had changed color, indicating that there had been high heat in that area. I found an integrated circuit, which was responsible for the fan’s power circuit, in a short circuit, but I couldn’t initially identify it. From experience, I know that identical parts can often be found on the same board, so I started carefully analyzing the control board. To my surprise, I did find a matching part, which allowed me to identify the faulty component. I ordered a new integrated circuit MJAAC 4532 from the online store www.tme.eu.

I replaced the damaged IC with a new one, tested the unit, and to my satisfaction, the fan began working properly. I sent the unit for further testing, and I received feedback that everything was functioning within parameters.
