This was one of the longest rides of my solo journey so far – around 400 kilometers from Padum to Lamayuru. A day full of changing landscapes, quiet moments, and raw beauty. I passed by the stunning Drang Drung Glacier, spotted a few hidden lakes along the way, and crossed some of the most scenic and remote parts of Zanskar.
It was tiring, yes… but also peaceful in a way that only these mountains can offer. Just me, my bike, and the road ahead – no expectations, no rush.
