in my opinion forward cutting with your angle grinder is the best way to cut metals like the angle bar,channel bar or metal sheet
for me backward cutting is not good idea to cut metals
cutting:
wear safety leather gloves ,grinding helmet,thick jacket,pants and working boots
and to accidents
never remove the angle grinder protector
I seen some people remove the angle grinder guard protector
pls. don't remove it cause that is for your own safety
