Phthalates like DEHP are a hidden threat to women’s health. Carly shared research showing a link between exposure to these chemicals and women entering early menopause. 😔
These endocrine disruptors are found in plastics, beauty products, and even the foods we eat.
Unless we dig up our gardens and grow our own veggies (and who has time for that?), avoiding phthalates entirely can feel impossible.
But we can take small steps to reduce exposure and protect our health. 🌱
Here’s how:
✅ Swap plastic containers for glass or stainless steel.
✅ Choose organic, fresh produce whenever possible.
✅ Avoid canned foods unless labeled BPA-free.
✅ Check beauty products for “phthalate-free” certifications.
While we can’t control everything, making intentional choices can help reduce the impact on our bodies. 🌸
