Chansey's moveset: Target Dazzling gleam/AoE Hyper beam (Hyper beam is boosted)
As a lot of you may know by this point, Shuckle has the highest defense of all runnable mons in Pokemon Go, but low stamina to even out this bulk. This makes it theorically the best max guard user, though in practice it is held back by its lack of 0.5s fast move and type advantage.
Psychic and Dazzling gleam still do less damage than resisted Hyper beam, especially when the latter is weather boosted, so Shuckle's resistance to normal here only comes at play because it can be nice to have Hyper beam giving you slightly more time to reach the next max phase than Psychic.
Shuckle only needed one round of max guard here, surviving with minimal HP supply until enrage kicked in. By the point where Chansey enrages, it's not in range where one extra max phase will kill, and thus stalling is needed (though dynamax battles time out soon after enrage, thus you can't drag them too long unlike gmax battles).
Our choice for an attacker here was pretty straightforward, as the low cp Machop. At first I did have another pokemon with a 0.5s move charge the meter while Machop attacks in max phase, but the damage output was too little, and as it turns out, Machop has access to Low kick as a legacy move, a 0.5s fighting fast move. On top of that, its access to Cross chop, a 1.5s move, makes it incredibly agile while still applying a lot of damage outside max phase, only costing 1s of energy generation per use (similarly to Behemoth Bash on Zamazenta).
By conceding one max cycle to Shuckle, Machop is still able to finish with level 1 max knuckles, probably at the second to last cycle before timeout.
