My own fan-made concept theme for (Shrieking) Legiana. I love this monster for its massive size and resemblance to the Toruk from the James Cameron film "Avatar".

The piano was the anchor for everything in this piece (as it is for most ice-related areas or monsters in the games). I then added lots of cymbals, glockenspiel, chimes, bells, whispers, crotales, lots of metallic instruments (including my water bottle... yup, I played that thing like a drum) to have some icy texture. There are some swooping passages to emulate the mobility of Legiana (that dive-bomb attack). The long legato passages with heroic tones are to match what I felt when I fought this beautiful creature the first time.
