What an amazing morning at Fell Foot Parkrun in Newby Bridge meeting up with great friends Rich and Paula of @richruns68 We couldn't resist a scenic parkrun to help celebrate Paula's birthday tomorrow.
The course was a hard one, and I'm surprised the elevation gain is 226ft!! Absolute madness!! This is predominantly on grass so worth trail shoes on a rainy day. But while it had rained, the ground was perfect.
