Meet Alkesh Naudiyal, a resident of Pujeli village in Purula Block, Uttarkashi, who has made his region and district proud by clearing the Uttarakhand PCS Exam 2021 with an impressive rank of 6. Alkesh, who is currently serving as a Nayab Tehsildar in Chaukhutiya, Almora, has now been selected for the prestigious position of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) through the same examination.

After completing his B.Tech from Pantnagar University of Agriculture and Forestry, Alkesh initially worked in the private sector. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he returned home and started preparing for the PCS exam. With sheer dedication and hard work, Alkesh cleared the Uttarakhand PCS exam on his first attempt, securing the position of Nayab Tehsildar.
