The canals in the UK have no water, the levels are low and so boats are getting stuck. This one outside a pub with lots of onlookers!
The boat is a historic Narrowboat once part of the FMC (Fellows, Morton and Clayton) fleet built in 1927 by W J Yarwoods and sons at Northwich.
It has a Bolinder 1053 engine in it, giving it plenty of power to churn up the mud!
