Sam Smilee is a visionary entrepreneur and the CEO of Pa’ Nosotros Por Nosotros, a Chicago-based clothing brand that represents culture, passion, and the resilience of the city’s neighborhoods. His journey began on the streets of Pilsen (18th St.), Little Village (26th St.), and Back of the Yards (47th St.), where he hustled to sell his designs directly to the community.
Growing up, Sam witnessed his parents struggle to afford the latest fashion trends, an experience that fueled his determination to create something of his own. He didn’t just want to wear what was popular he wanted to redefine it. With a deep love for art and culture, he designed a clothing line that tells a story, blending street style with cultural roots.
What started as selling out of a backpack has grown into a movement, culminating in his very own store, now located inside Discount Mega Mall:
