I built this portable shooting bench to take out to the woods along with the portable target stand from this video: • Build This Portable Target Stand
It's so much easier having a comfortable shooting setup than defaulting to the prone position or leaning against a tree.
It only takes a sheet of 1/2" Baltic birch, some 1x6 poplar for the edging, 2x2's for the legs and a bit of hardware.
