We're going to do a similar story where after the death of the 4th Hokage Minato Namikaze and his wife Kushina Uzumaki, Tsunade took Naruto under her wing and adopted him when he was still a child.
This Naruto was outside the village and was trained all his life by Tsunade, how would he be when he returned to Konoha, what would his Level be?
