The Trust Game

I briefly explain the Trust Game (from Berg, Dickhaut, and McCabe, 1995). See here: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science...

Player A gets an endowment y.
Player A can send an amount s to Player B.
The amount s is multiplied by a multiplier, m, such that B receives ms.
Typically m = 3, therefore B will typically receive 3s.
Player B can then return an amount r to Player A,.
Therefore A's payoff is pi^A = y - s + r
Player B's payoff is therefore pi^B = m s - r

I comment on there being a variety of different behavior, both self-interested and not and how the trust game can shown reciprocity and trust/trustworthiness among the players.
