Darina Garland is the Edinburgh-born co-founder of Ooni, the world’s leading home pizza oven brand. She and her husband, Kristian, turned a backyard pizza-making dream into a global phenomenon by focusing on innovation, community, and passion for pizza. Ooni not only makes great products but also supports social and environmental causes, including supporting others to go into entrepreneurship.🍕

Your Host:

Karen was born in New York but has lived in the UK for more than 15 years and now calls Edinburgh home. She leads Digital Boost, a community of thousands of volunteers who help people start and grow businesses. She says, ‘I’m so grateful to Scotland for the opportunities it has given me. I’ve met so many incredible people doing incredible things here. I can’t wait for everyone to hear about them!'
