///// DECK DESCRIPTION /////
Necrodominance Storm is one of the cheapest ways to play Legacy Storm right now — and it doesn’t run any Reserved List cards. For around $700, you get a deck that can win on turn one with protection.

How does the deck work?
• Use Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual to cast Necrodominance on turn one.
• On your end step, draw up to 19 cards.
• Use Spirit Guides and Manamorphose to make mana, then cast Borne Upon a Wind to keep going.
• Keep chaining spells until you can Beseech the Mirror for Tendrils of Agony and finish the game.

Instead of relying on pricey stuff like Lion’s Eye Diamond, this build uses Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, and a solid fast mana package to get going. It runs four main deck Pact of Negation too, so you can actually force your combo through Force of Will.

The list comes from Magic Online user Hataraxy, who’s posted several 5-0s with it. It’s fast, flexible, and honestly a great option if you’re looking to get into Legacy Storm without spending a ton. You still get to play real games — and a real sideboard — with tools like Leyline of the Void and Mindbreak Trap for the tough matchups.
