Better 2025 QD OLED - MSI MPG 322URX Review
This is the absolute pinnacle of display technology, at least when it comes to PCs. And MSI is once again bringing the heat with a brand new 2025 version called the MPG 322 URX. Now this should be sharing the same panel as last year's 321 URX. So expect the same alleged 0.03 millisecond response times. However, it does also come with DisplayPort 2.1A for a full 80 gigabits per second, which means no more display stream compression at the maximum resolution and refresh rate. And it is also G-Sync certified. It also shares the same classic MSI gray, which I think looks pretty good in terms of the design with some vents and a dragon on the back, I guess if you're into that. But the good thing is the lights can be disabled. It also, yes, does allow for VESA mounting. In terms of the ports, pause if you need to, but on top of DisplayPort 2.1, you do get two HDMI 2.1s as well. But there's one other thing that's very different about this display other than the better connectivity and that's the price. Now it comes with the same three year plus burning warranties, great, but at 1299.99, that is an absolutely massive increase over last year's roughly $950.(...) So what other than DisplayPort 2.1 is MSI bringing to the table, if anything, to make that price hike worth it.
