On the 16th of Jan 2025 I had the honour of sharing my journey of living with ADHD, Autism, and Tourette Syndrome. Growing up undiagnosed, I carried the burden of damaging labels until my diagnosis at 46 brought clarity—but for too many young people, the struggle continues.
Delayed diagnoses and a lack of support mean critical years are lost, leaving many to face lifelong challenges. My message is simple: early diagnosis and intervention transform lives.
As a representative of Genius Within, I urged policymakers to invest in building strong, resilient young people, creating a future where no one is left behind.
