FATF & IMF please blacklist Pakistan, BUT! - Response to Dhruv Rathee | Meri Rai

After the Pahalgam attack and when Pakistan-India were at the brink of war, US President Donald Trump intervened and negotiated a ceasefire.
About 5 days after the ceasefire, on May 14th, India's famous Youtuber ‪@dhruvrathee‬ published a video and asked #FATF and #IMF to blacklist Pakistan because, according to him, Pakistan is a terrorist state.
Is Pakistan actually a terrorist state and was involved in the Pahalgam attack?

Abbas Haidar is a journalist of Pakistan origin.
He started his education in Engineering, and did his BS in Civil Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. He also studied as an exchange student at the Minnesota State University, USA. Then he did his Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Alberta, Canada.
