This is a quick demonstration of Edinburgh Instruments' Integrating Sphere, used with the FLS920-s Fluorescence Spectrometer. The video features how the spectrometer's software (which is called F900) is used to calculate an absolute quantum yield measurement; how to use with liquids and/or powders and thin films; and how to add/remove it from the spectrometer's sample chamber for other types of sample holders.
