Today we’re eating at Al-Rahaman, an amazing restaurant in Bangkok that serves some of the best and most unique Indian and Pakistani food (and Bangladeshi food). We’ll meet up with Chef Abdur Rouf, who is originally from Bangladesh, and ask him how he got started cooking and why he chose Bangkok to open a restaurant and serve a mix of Indian and Pakistani food.

The food is all Halal and a few of the top dishes I tried today were the grilled kebab tray, lamb shank nihari, kebab masala, and a Bangladeshi duck.
