5 Star Mug Cake Chocolate and Vanilla no Egg

Today I felt like fancying up some mug cakes using Lotus Biscoff biscuits and Nutella. These are made quickly and are eggless. I am using Nutella and Lotus biscuits to make these mug cakes. Do try this out as this is a quick and easy recipe.

Nutella Mug Cake Recipe (4 Ingredients)
1/4 Cup or 300g Nutella
3 TBSP or 25g of All-Purpose Flour
1/4 TSP Baking Soda
3.5 TBSP or 50ml Milk
Instructions
1. In a mug Mix the Nutella, Flour, Baking Soda, and Milk. Stir it up until it's smooth.
2. In another mug cover with parchment paper. You need 2 pieces one that goes around the mug and the other smaller that goes in the center.
3. Pour the Nutella Cake Batter into the mug.
4. Microwave for 60 seconds in total. Test with a toothpick. If still raw then cook for another 10 seconds.
5. Pour chocolate ganache (steps listed below) and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
Finally, Enjoy it!
Lotus Biscoff Mug Cake Recipe
3 TBSP or 45ml of Milk
2 TBSP or 28g Butter
1/2 TSP or 2g Vanilla Extract
5 TBSP or 75g Flour
1/2 TSP or 2g Baking Powder
1/2 TSP or 2g Sugar
1 TBSP or 10g Chocolate Chips
Instructions
1. In a mug Mix all ingredients as mentioned above.
2. In another mug cover with parchment paper. You need 2 pieces one that goes around the mug and the other smaller that goes in the center.
3. Pour the Lotus Cake Batter into the mug.
4. Microwave for 90 seconds in total. Microwave it in 30-second intervals while checking for doneness. Test with a toothpick. If still raw then cook for another 10 seconds.
5. Pour chocolate ganache (steps listed below) and sprinkle some Lotus Biscoff crumbs.

For making Chocolate Ganache
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream or Milk
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1. Pour Chocolate chips into the heavy cream. Microwave for 10 seconds or until its warm. Mix until it's smooth.
