【DBFZ v1.38】Fat Majin Buu's combo changes

I think Buu really benefits from the universal addition of ki-to-heavy chain. He can now very reliably set up a falling j.M link in the corner against all characters, which had been character specific and awkward to time since Season 2.

Buu's main changes are:
Breath (236S) can be cancelled by Super Dash.
2S can be jump cancelled.
Gum Toss (214S) can be angled upward by holding 4.
