This video shows dissasbly of the primary clutch and maintenance areas. I also try and explain why you hear your primary clutch/drive belt squealing when idling in gear. This video gives an explanation of the vespel washer and how it provides friction on the idler bearing to slow down the free wheeling of the secondary clutch to allow for an easier/smoother shift. Removal of the vespel washer may eliminate the squeal at idle but create a difficulty in shifting into gear.
