Sometimes the best way to work on a new goal, is to look back.
As part of our #ThrowbackThursday series of #TrainingTips, we go back to 2008 when the then Sgt. Vincent Hancock offers a Pro Tip on the Shooting USA show. Hancock, a two-time Olympic Skeet Gold medalist, is a veteran of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Shotgun Team.
In this Pro Tip, which aired on the Outdoor Channel in 2008, this #Olympian / #Soldier demonstrates three types of leads on a skeet field: swing-through; sustained lead; and pull away.
