Recipe for iced pour over: 23 grams of coffee with a fine grind size (adjust to taste), 115 grams of ice, start the counter on the scale then pour 60 grams of water (the water and ice should be filtered and the temp before pouring should be at 93-94 celcius or 200 degrees ferenheight) the pour should be in the center of the coffee in a circular motion, after 30 seconds pour another 100 grams of water, wait 1:30 seconds and finish the pour at 230 grams of water. For a hot pour over skip the ice and go to 330 grams of water (will be 4-5 pours).
