How to make a bowl cozy with handles

Bowl Cozy with Handles
I used 4 weight cotton yarn and a 6mm hook.

Abbreviations:
SC single crochet
HDC half double crochet
ST stitch
BPHDC back post half double crochet
SL slip stitch
EA each
Start with a magic circle.
R1: 6HDC into the circle--6 st
R2: 2HDC in each st--12 st
R3: 1HDC in 1st st 2HDC in next, repeat around--18 st
R4: 1HDC in 1st 2 st, 2HDC in next, repeat around--24 st
R5: 1HDC in 1st 3 st, 2HDC in next, repeat around--30 st
R6: 1HDC in 1st 4 st, 2HDC in next, repeat around--36 st
R7: 1BPHDC in each st around--36 st
R8: 1HDC in 1st 2 st, 2HDC in next st, repeat around--48 st
R9-R14: 1HDC in ea st around--48 st
R15: SC in each st around--48 st
Place a stitch marker in the 7th, 17th, 31st and 41st stitches
R16: 1SC in the 1st 7st (1st stitch marker), chain 15, SL to the 17th st (2nd stitch marker) 1SC in each st to the 31st st(3rd stitch marker), CH 15, SL to the 41st ST (4th stitch marker), 1SC in ea to the end
R17: 1SC in ea st around including the CH of the handle (I did 15 SC around the CH you can add more if you like) SL to end. Weave in your ends.
