In September 2025 Dr Dan ran the full #salmonrun a 75km ultra run following the path of Atlantic salmon from the sea to their spawning grounds. Along the way Dan documented the barrier to migration that he passed and gave updates on the Strategic Exe Weirs Project that WRT have been delivering in partnership with the River Exe & Tributaries Association, Natural England, Environment Agency and South West Water.
