Indoor cycling workout Australia Manly to Barrenjoey Lighthouse in Ku-ring-gai National Park 4K

Fantastic ride with relaxing music from Manly to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. Starting from Glebe Park Canberra and a brief ride to Murrays Bus depot in Civic Canberra, bus to Sydney and cycle to Circular Quay. Take a ferry to Manly Wharf and cycle along roads and cycle-ways all the way to The Joey Cafe for a relaxing salad lunch, then a pleasant 25min walk to to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. The lighthouse, constructed in 1881, is situated in Ku-ring-gai National Park (1894), Australia's third established national park.
