In this video, I'll be sharing with you the Jungian Psychological model which includes the Personal Conscious, Personal Unconscious, and Collective Unconscious as well as the Persona, Ego, Shadow, Anima and Animus, and the Self. All of these concepts will be explained in the video.
Understanding Carl G. Jung's model of the psyche was incredibly helpful for me on my inner work journey because it made it much clearer to me how the inner space was operating.
So, in understanding these things about Jung and his model of the psyche, you more easily be able to navigate and understand your inner world and to integrate your repressed parts.
