It has become a tradition to celebrate the holiday season with a collection and jewel inspired by the Advent season. Last year, we were “Dancing in the Moonlight” with our traditional Advent Box. This year, we’re focusing on the melody — gentle and festive, calming yet uplifting at the same time. 🌙🎶✨

We do our best to savour the ordinary days and enjoy each one as much as we can: the morning coffee ritual ☕, the walk along the same familiar route 🚶‍♀️, the comforting safety of knowing what happens, when, and how.
The end of the year brings us many different holidays around the world: Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas. And then, we step out of the ordinary. We dress up — not only literally (though that’s definitely part of it!). We choose a different outfit… maybe a shinier necklace, a little more glitter, sparkle, and elegance ✨💫
We spend more time in the kitchen preparing a festive meal 🍽️, hang decorations in the window, put up lights 🌟 — and then, hopefully, we turn inward and focus on our loved ones.

Laura Embrey teaches you how to create an intricate jewel that’s both highly decorative and beautifully detailed. The main section draws all the attention to the stunning focal by creating elegant negative space around it. ✨
My favourite part is the bottom — the way the StormDuos come together in a graceful embrace beneath the sparkly bezel, and of course the Cubic Zirconia pendant hanging from it. 🌙💎
I also love how Laura used the pendant drops in an unexpected way: as the endpoints of the “arms” reaching across the piece. Such a clever twist!
