Job van Hemert made the first ascent of an unclimbed arete in Ettringen, Germany. After permission from the pioneer of rockclimbing in Ettringen, he started trying it once in a while and eventually figured out a very interesting beta for the crux-moves. He graded it 9+ (7c+/8a) and named it 'The Master's Consent'.
