Right now, there are over 10,400 homes available, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in a while. 🏡 Sellers are getting flexible—open to negotiating, offering repairs, or concessions to make deals happen.

✨ New listings jumped by 14% last week, but fewer homes are going under contract, meaning inventory is up. Homes are sitting on the market for an average of 27 days, and about half have dropped their prices by 6%!
