Meredith Whittaker, president of encrypted messaging app Signal and former Google manager, explains why she thinks Chat GPT cannot be trusted. Whittaker's comments were made during an interview with Yahoo News' Michael Isikoff at Web Summit Rio 2023 last week.
When Isikoff asked Whittaker a question that had been generated by ChatGPT about a Signal report that didn't exist, Whittaker called the chatbot "a bulls*** engine."
