Replacing the electric PTO clutch on a Craftsman Lawn tractor or any riding mower.

You may not have to replace your clutch at all. If you do, well this is how easy it is. For some reason I repeatedly referred to the clutch attachment bolt as a nut. It's obviously a bolt. Pull the bolt and the clutch simply drops down. Save some time and pull the belt off first. That probably means partially disconnecting the deck. Just make the commitment. It's no big deal. I was surprised at just how cheap the assembly was, readily available on ebay. But, as you will see, the original clutch still works fine and will probably last another 10 years. We'll see how long the aftermarket Chinese part lasts since I will probably never give this mower up.
