Pants are part of the devils plans to make certain that the good Christians of Bohemia are kept under lock and key.
Not only do they restrict movement, they also do near nothing. Save a few things in the game, there really isn't a point to wear pants.
Or at bare minimum, do not worry about pants. Wear whatever color or style makes you happy, but beyond that, pants are trash in the game.
Pants are broken, and not in the fun way.
