A full & heartwarming day in Copenhagen ☀️
Hygge date with my sweet grandpa — we strolled through the city center, got some pastries and coffee from RUG bakery, wandered around Christiansborg Palace, and admired the Black Diamond library. Wrapped it up with comforting pho & crispy bánh xèo.
After he headed home, I met up with a friend for a second round of catch-ups over coffee softice and a creamy cortado. Feeling productive, grateful, and enjoying every moment 🥐☕📚✨
