This is a short medley of the coldest sea swims I’ve done so far, from the start of the year through to last week.
I swim year-round, mostly in the mornings, and these were some of the ones that really tested me. No hype, no challenges... just cold water, breath, and getting in anyway.
If you’re into sea swimming, cold water, or just quiet, honest moments outdoors, you’re very welcome here.
I’m live most mornings and this channel is basically a record of that.
