From Bill's Ranch head to the Scenic Spot then Jadewind Hill Cache and Prairie Moogle.
The next interests are Fiend Intel 2: Bearer of Grudges, Eastern Seaboard Tower, then to the island for the Precision Defense Focus materia, Titan Sanctuary Alpha, then to Protorelic 1: Coastal Lookout with the party of Cloud, Barret, and Tifa and prioritize assessing in the order of Burke, Burt, then Butch. Same order of importance for staggering, exploiting the weakness and landing limit breaks. From the chocobo stop south of the lookout, head west to Cragshade Lifespring then Fiend Intel 1: Voracious and Venomous.
