I didn't know grief could feel like this. Grief shows up in us in many different ways and there isn't a correct way to grieve the loss of someone we have loved in this world. Its been hard for me to accept. I always wondered if other people feel grief the way I do, or have experienced it in similar ways. This is just how I've dealt with it. I don't think there is a right or wrong way anymore but it is still difficult to hold. I hope this makes someone relinquish the guilt they have when they experience their own grief. It is something I needed a long time ago.
